Strategic Planning with Kirk Fisher
The overall workshop structure uses the metaphor of exploring a U-shaped valley. Day one we head into the valley to define the system we’re in and create new thinking about where we want to go.
By end of day two, we will have gone through a discovery process, forming prototypes of solutions, to emerge from this valley of discovery with decisions about the way forward.
Outcome: By the end of this two-day workshop, participants will have:
- two to four key strategic drivers
- a people strategy
- a business strategy
Participants will have an understanding of how strategic drivers and organisational structures drive behaviour at work. The group will have evolved their capability to:
- make decisions
- analyse systems
- commit to decisions.
